Shipping:
  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping times vary depending on your location.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
  • We ship from Canada via Chit Chats/Canada Post. Most domestic orders arrive in 3-7 business days.

Returns & Refunds:

We stand behind our quality. If something isn't right, we've got you.

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at relentlessroseapparel@gmail.com.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Exchanges: We are happy to exchange for a different size/colour if available - just let us know!
Order Tracking:
  • After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
  • Use that link to check the delivery status.
